The Oska Bright Film Festival is the only award winning international film festival run by people with a learning disability, showing short films made by people with a learning disability.
The Steering Committee that runs and delivers Oska Bright is made up of experienced learning disabled film makers and arts managers.
Oska Bright takes place every two years. The year between festivals is spent touring the films and film making training sessions around the world. This is called Oska Bright On the Road.
Wherever Oska Bright films are shown training in film making happens too. The aim is for learning disabled people to get better and better at making their own films.
